A1 Legal Nurse Consulting

Legal Nursing Consulting is a business that is a unique speciality of nursing, one who can translate complex issues into clear, simple terms understandable by other lawyers, juries, and judges.

Legal nurse consultants are unique, they review medical malpractice, personal injury, workers compensation, product liability cases, social security cases, and insurance claims and determine if the case is meritorious.  In making this determination, they usually organize pertinent medical records and prepare chronologies or timelines related to a specific case, researching literature and standards of care that are pertinent to the issues in the case.  Legal nurse consultants assist attorneys as they formulate questions to be asked at depositions or at trial.

A legal nurse consultant bridges the gaps in the attorneys knowledge by meshing nursing with the law, maximizing the recovery of damages for the client, while saving the attorneys time and effort to develop the case.
